Lady of the Black rainbow embodies a desert gothic, cosmic cowgirl seer, bone rattler hermit, magpie scavenger vibe.. but fancy. Talismans inspired by the dance of Mad Max and Frida Kahlo havin a dusty revel in the prairie cosmic rays. 

Born by the salty tides of the West Coast, but rooted for nearly two decades in the golden grass and open skies of the prairies, I create and curate adornments, apparel and talismans infused with cosmic wisdom, Vedic astrology, spirituality, Tarot, mythology, archetypes, earth cycles, western vibes, botanical and animal energies that seek to empower the traveler in navigating the mysteries of life. 

My origin story started in my 90’s teenage bedroom drowning in cheap incense where I crafted dentist rings, safety pins and found chain into earrings with grunge culture melting in the background. Spawned from the beginning, I still live to craft from found or upcycled objects like quills on a trail, vintage wool, thrifted things or beach trash. 

Fast forward to the current time, Ive journeyed into weaving crystals, glass seed beads, pre-fab materials, and ethically sourced animal bones, antler coins, teeth and quills into the pieces. When I’m not doing that I’m tattooing, reading, studying, working at embroidery, multimedia artworks, drawings and hand painted vintage denim and fancy wool hats. But of course the special sauce with all of that is the metaphysical lace that ties in the unseen worlds and empowers us on our earthly and cosmic adventures.
